Avraa  Car - Campervan - Motorhome and Scooter hire Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement
Avraa is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Privacy Policy applies to the All States Australia Avraa Hire Web site and governs data collection and usage. By using the Avraa website, you consent to the data practices described in this policy statement.
Avraa is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on web sites outside of Avraa.
Use of your Personal Information - Avraa collects and uses your personal information to operate our web site through analytics and deliver the services you have requested.
 
Avraa is not a booking platform where your ID and all information is sold on to the net, with Avraa all your information is kept secure and in house on hard copy and deleted/destroyed at the end of your hire, this includes card details, name and address, email addresses and so on. we suggest you don't use booking platforms where others are trying to sell you something they don't own as they are not secure companies so be cautious, they may sound cheap but their not.
Avraa also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Avraa such as specials and promo codes through our subscribers list and email marketing.
Avraa may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of our current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Avraa does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. Avraa keeps track of the web sites and pages our customers visit within Avraa, in order to determine what Avraa services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customised content and advertising within Avraa to customers whose behaviour indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. Avraa web sites will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Avraa or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Avraa and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Avraa, or the public.

Security of your Personal Information - Avraa secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure and Avraa secures the personally identifiable information you provide on hard copy forms and not listed on computer servers and in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
Personal information (such as a credit card numbers or licences') is not transmitted to other websites or stored in a cloud based system to be easily hacked as some online booking companies are susceptible to do, Avraa's website is protected through the use of encryption and any personal information is kept on hard copy forms (100% secure that way) Avraa also uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
Daily Hire:
 
Your hire with Avraa starts on the pickup time of the 1st day of hire and rolls over to the 2nd day of hire and so on i.e; we work on a 24hr clock, making this one day and consecutively every day thereafter of your hire, if your hire returns later than the expected time of drop off and does not go over to the next day then a small fee may apply for handling and we will need to know at least 12 hours prior to help with our scheduling. 
Security bonds apply on all vehicles so please check our rates page for details and if camping or sleeping in one of our cars "excluding camper vans" then a cleaning charge will be charged out of your security bond for any heavy soiling "such as beach sand, driving with windows down on gravel gazetted roads $85.00 or fishing baits "on charged cleaning fee for left baits at $300.00 to $500.00", Smoking $200.00 , and definitely! no surf boards are to be carried inside our hire cars unless in a fully padded board bag as they scratch up the inside of the vehicle seats and tinted windows.
The hirer of the vehicle must return the vehicle in person otherwise extra hire fees apply consecutively and the returned driver will need to supply their drivers licence previously by law (penalties and legal consequences will apply if this is not adhered to as it is law) all licences of drivers must be in date, in the form of a proper hard copy licence and not a picture, (digital licences need to be emailed through to Avraa as they can not be scanned) and handed to Avraa for copying purposes at the beginning of the hire.
No refunds or credits for vehicles returned early, drivers penalised and vehicles must be returned on the stipulated date and time of your contract unless an authorised extension is confirmed by Avraa Car Hire (an upfront daily hire payment is usually required to secure an extension plus $54.00 insurance) vehicles that are bought back after hours "unconfirmed" to the depot will incur a $88.00 call out surcharge, this does not include the airport if you are flying out only and the airport is open on that day.
 
All VEHICLES, SUVS' 4WD's, CAMPERVANS, MOTORHOMES and ANCILLARY equipment are to remain on gazetted "SEALED" roads approved by local government councils or small gravel roads leading to a "tourist car park", vineyard, camp ground or place of public entertainment, (absolutely no long drives on gravel roads and free off the grid camping) AWD SUV vehicles are not to be driven on the beach, gypsy trailers are to remain on sealed roads only as they have no suspension, all vehicles and mobiles are NASA GPS LANDSAT satellite tracked day and night within 1 metre (this includes vehicle speeds, engine RPM, engine temps, exact location and more) so don't go driving for long distances on unsealed gravel roads or bush tracks as we will know by our eye in the sky topography and you may lose your bond / insurance should an incident or damage to the vehicle by the hirer occurs as well as any hoon laws (as Avraa is an Australian government licensed hire company; then all we ask is you be a good hirer and look after the vehicle for everyone else to enjoy after your hire) loss of keys, flat batteries or incorrect fuels/tainted fuels ie: water in fuels will be the responsibility of the hirer who which will bear the costs of repairs if our final inspection shows up any defects by our service department, as this is the operators responsibility being in control of the vehicle (driven or un-driven) you will be charged for roadside assistance if any of these occur. 
One off insurance payment only applies to lowering your accident excess and security bond in the case of an accident with another party on a gazetted  road, unforseen accidental damage by another vehicle (namely car parks) will not be the responsibility of Avraa and any major damage that deems the vehicle unroadworthy and can not be hired until repaired then your bond will not be returned, all other minor scratches or internal damages to the vehicle by the driver or occupant's will come out of your security bond, "MINOR DAMAGE" Avraa will receive a quote by their nominated repairer and you will be invoiced a paid invoice for the cost of repairs and parts and refunded any leftover monies, should the vehicle be written off in an accident and the cost to Avraa is higher than the original bond amount then any extra towing or storage fees will be invoiced to the hirer which you must settle within a 7 day period upon receipt date of invoice as you have read and agreed to this policy and terms and conditions, if your age is 21 to 25 your excess will be higher, 
the following for Age/Inexperienced Drivers (those who are under the age of 25 or have not held an Australian Drivers License for more than 2 years);
“In addition to the standard excess, you will have to pay an age excess or inexperienced driver’s excess if at the time of any incident giving rise to a claim your motor vehicle is driven by a person who:
1. is under the age of 21, or
2. is aged 21 or more but under the age of 25, or
3. is aged 25 or more but has not held an Australian driver’s licence for two or more years for the type of vehicle being driven at the time of the accident.
from the standard excess rate, 21 and under years of age - sorry no hire as insurance companies have all now lifted there ageability criteria, 26 and over, standard excess rate applies. .
Unlimited Kilometers policy is :- you have 250 kilometers a day of unlimited kilometers in any Avraa Car and are accumulative for the length of your hire (not including campervans, they are from sunup to sundown only and no night driving after dark) the extra excess kilometers is made up of 55 cents extra per Kilometer, kilometers of the initial hire of the said vehicle is noted on your contract of hire at the beginning of your hire and mathematically worked out at the end of your hire and subsequently deducted from your bond or card should you go over these kilometers at the end of your hire period.
Due to unforeseen circumstances with aircraft carriers not been able to deliver you to your destination on time and day, Avraa accepts no responsibility if the carrier lands after 6pm AWST on any given day as our offices are closed after this time and arrangements will be made for the following day, lost hire credits will need to be made by yourself to the carrier for compensation. 
The Drivers Responsibility:
 
The nominated hirer will be responsible for any tyre and windscreen damage, locked keys in vehicle or loss of keys, tainted or incorrect fuels, oils and waters to be checked regularly (namely every morning before first start up) speeding or hoon fines, unforeseen damage, heavily soiled interiors (such as beach sand or mud, food and drinks, sunscreen etc.) and in case of a flat battery, flat tyre, an engine warning light should illuminate then the vehicle is to be parked up immediately and RAC 24/7 roadside assistance to be contacted on 131703 and supply them the registration number of the vehicle to arrange technical assistance.
All Avraa vehicles are to remain clean and free from defects such as having dried flora on dashes (as particles enter the ventilation system) nothing is to be put or stuck on any windows (cleaning fee applies) free camping in public car parks or bush areas is strictly prohibited in Western Australia now and there is no free camping spots anymore so book your caravan park/s long before hand (you will lose your bond if caught by a ranger and the penalties are very expensive, and our highly sophisticated satellite tracking system) any suspicious behaviour in our vehicles will be notified to the police or rangers, driving times of our vehicles in the country areas is strictly sunup to sundown and NO night driving between isolated small country towns, however within the major cities and towns you can drive at night within the city limits in any of our vehicles as there is less chance of having an accident with any fauna or other vehicles.
Changes to this Statement - Avraa will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback and changes of law, Avraa encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Avraa is protecting your information and contact Information at all times and also welcomes your comments regarding this Statement of Privacy. If you believe that Avraa has not adhered to this Statement, please contact our legal compliance officer who will then use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and remedy the problem.
 
​TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXPLAINED:
Avraa having the cheapest collision waiver damage insurance than any other company in Australia as we are a Government licensed hirer and not a major franchise hirer where they operate in Australia under cover of a franchise and not licensed, our *$54.00 one off insurance premium on cars only, campervans vary depending on the zones selected this secures your full CWD (collision waiver damage and NOT written of damage, that excess is determined by the insurance assessor and prices vary out of our control and the exact cost will be charged to the hirer including any towing or storage costs to retain the vehicle back) lowered excess on all cars and campervan bonds/excess instead of having to pay a daily rate for the same from competitors, plus we don't charge you registration fees, airport fees or extra driver fees where some others do.
You only need to pay 55 cents extra per kilometer over our 250 Kilometers free per day of - this includes GST.
 
AREAS OF USE FOR ALL VEHICLES:
 
You may travel within the zoned map area (see our areas of use page) in any of our cars and selected campervans, (the campervans are NOT to be used off road or on un-gazetted gravel roads except a short driveway into a family or friends farm, tourist spot or attraction) outside of these areas, off road or car parks you will not be covered by insurance or roadside assistance nor will you be covered if you have an accident on a non gazetted road or car park areas (Gazetted roads are those listed on maps and council approved and considered to be bitumen or regularly maintained public thoroughfare, car parks are the responsibility of the owner/s of the property)
Basically outside of our zoned area there is limited access to medical and roadside assistance due to the isolation of towns and resources. 
Avraa has implemented this ruling as we have a duty of care towards yours and your family's safety.
