Payments can be made by credit or debit card plus online MOTO deposit transfer, all Visa, Master and AMEX cards will now incur a 2.4% merchant fee (set down by the merchant banks 1st July 2024) on the total of your hire, "not on your security bond/excess" all prices in our rates are inclusive of 10% GST on your daily hire and there are no other hidden fees.

Age of customers 25 and over (standard excess rates) 22 to 24 years of age (your excess / bond will be $2,500.00) 21 years of age and under - sorry NO hire.

 

Security bonds/insurance excess apply to all vehicles and EFT refundable to your nominated bank account after vehicle inspection upon return, if the hired vehicle and equipment is bought back in hired condition any vehicle damage, accessories loss/theft or any heavy cleaning inside and out of the vehicle will be deducted from your bond/excess.

All cars are $1,500.00 - Campervans is $2,000.00 - Motorbikes $1,500.00.

For non Australian bank account holders we accept bond/excess by cash (no bank fees) and will be securely held and returned to you by us on completion and inspection of your hire.

​A camper van pet bond of $250.00 is required if taking pets and a cleaning fee of $85.00 applies, a cleaning fee up to $180.00 applies for any heavy cleaning (meaning: - heavy soiled or beach sand, spilt drinks and food) of cars and no pets are allowed in our cars for others health reasons, please read our policy page for further information.

If booking over the phone then we request a $90.00 deposit on cars and SUV's $180.00 for campervans to secure your booking and receive a booking confirmation by us via email (quotes are only valid for 4 days once you receive our quote) you may cancel your booking at any time though your deposit will be non refundable nor transferable.

​

Fuel for all vehicles is Full to Full, so please be sure to fill the vehicle upon return.

​

Fill up locations if returning to the airport is the Caltex and Shell service stations on Causeway road Busselton, if returning to the depot in town then fill up at the Ampol on Strelly Street next to Bunnings and opposite the depot or in Busselton - we will know by the satellite tracking if you have or not.
